This compounding cart is equipped to make the highest volume pours of any cart and was designed to work safely within C1D2/Zone 2 hazardous environments. It can execute precise pours from 10g to 1000kg and has a battery that lasts +30 hours, so there is no need to charge mid-shift. This all-in-one rugged mobile workstation is made entirely from stainless steel and was designed for easy use and cleaning. The detachable pots (which can detach/re-attach at coupling/decoupling stations) have their own sets of wheels for easy movement and are built to work seamlessly with cluster, mixing, pack-out and cleaning stations. After decoupling the pot, it can be wheeled over to a cluster robot to complete the larger pours. It is a motor-free, push-powered cart designed for decades of daily use on the factory floor.
